When placing your order, please ensure you choose a delivery location which corresponds to your delivery address or we will be unable to accept the transaction.
Returns
All artwork sold on the site is entitled to a 14-day return from the date on which the artwork is delivered.
In the unlikely event you are not 100% satisfied with your artwork, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and send back the artwork to the following address:

You are entitled to a refund on your artworks, minus shipping costs. You will be liable to arrange the safe return of the artwork at your own cost and must include insurance against damages. We are unable to refund any damaged artwork. It will be your responsibility to make claims from the courier you used.
As soon as the artwork is returned to the artist, we will arrange either a full refund or a credit note and notify you as soon as this has been done:
– Refunds will be made using the same method in which you paid.
– Refunds can take up to 30 days from the day in which you first contacted us, however we try to process as soon as possible.
Artwork damaged upon delivery
All artwork sent will be fully insured against damages and it is the artist’s responsibility for it to arrive safely to you, should you receive your artwork damaged please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and send photos of the damages to: michael@soulspaceartstudio.com.
Please advise us if you would like:
– A full refund (this can take up to 30 days)
– A replacement
